TERMS & CONDITIONS of SALES (PLS READ BEFORE YOU BUY)
- Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
- Sorry no self collect, COD or meet ups as it is too inconvenient unless stated under specified items (gift/hamper basket/essential oil: pls refer to paragraph below under Delivery topid)
- All sales are final. No EXCHANGE or REFUND.
- Items will only be considered sold once confirmation of the payment received otherwise items will be released if payment is not received within 24 hours!
- No 'reservation' / 'keep stock'! All items are under first pay first served basis except for pre-order items which is applicable for up-coming items!
Order Process

- direct from here by fill in the order template provided
- via email by download, fill in the order form and email back to us
2. Wait for our confirmation on the stock availability, total selling cost and total shipping cost
3. Make payment
4. Receive your confirmation order with courier trackig number
5. Item(s) deliver to your door step / delivery address within 3-5 working days

Postage
Combination of postage is acceptable, postage charges are according to Skynet & Pos Malaysia counter rates. We have no intention to gain profit on shipping fees quoted to our customers.
There are circumtances that we charge slightly higher or lower than what is shown in the parcel consignment note due to minor discrepancies on weight/size measurement. We do not refund or re-collect whatsoever excess or shortfall on postage paid.
West Malaysia: Below 2kg RM4.00
East Malaysia : Below 2kg RM8.00
**Parcel will be sent by Pos Malaysia Registered Mail unless by special request.
